Global 24/7 support for you and your family

We’re here when you need us following the theft or loss of your cards, documents or keys.

It only takes one phone call or email from wherever you are in the world for us to provide you with immediate support. We report card losses to respective issuers within minutes of notification and send you an email to confirm that the cards have been blocked or cancelled.

The Card Sentry service is available to anyone in your household (who lives at your address) free of charge.

Secure storage and retrieval of important information

Lost your wallet or purse? All of your details are safely stored in one place for quick retrieval.

Our secure Member Portal safely stores information about your cards, as well as copies of your important documents. You can also store details about your mobile phones and keys, which makes Card Sentry unique among protection services.

In an emergency, you can access your saved documents directly from the Member Portal, or you can ask us to email or fax copies anywhere in the world on your behalf.

If your mobile is lost or stolen, you can use the details registered with Card Sentry when you arrange with your provider to block or replace it.

Lost and found key tag

We want to reunite you with your keys as quickly as possible.

Your coded key tag includes Card Sentry contact details and a unique ID. If your keys go missing, anyone who finds them can simply call the Card Sentry number printed on the key tag. We’ll notify you at once so that you can contact the person who found them and arrange to get them back.
